ADVENTURES FOR WOMEN REVISED TRIP SCHEDULE 2010
Anyone interested in trips with Dr. Jo please e-mail with name, address and types of trips interested in. We are interested in putting together moderate hikes and short bikes. Dr. Jo just did the Nyack Beach to Haverstraw round trip on a wonderful trail. Requires a Mt. bike.

A beautiful hike with scenery! For those able to climb hills. If there are some who can't, a flat walk nearby will be planned. See below what it looks like in winter...imagine it in the Spring!
